Shipping Policies (Domestic)

  • FREE shipping policy within India: There is no extra shipping fee charged to the customer if the shipping address falls under serviceable area.
  • In case the shipping address is not serviceable by our logistic partner, then we shall inform you the same and you can still get the order delivered to your doorstep in non-serviceable area by paying a small shipping charge.
  • We are associated with world class reputed logistic companies for delivering our products on time. Whereas, we don’t take any responsibility if there is any delay in delivery from logistics partner, after orders are shipped from us.
  • All orders shipped within India, are dispatched within 6-7 working days of payment confirmation or any other delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All shipments are subject to Terms & Conditions set by our logistic partners.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
  • Our logistics partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Mon - Sat: 9am to 7pm on all working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our logistics partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or any other unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with package tracking information.
  • The estimated time of delivery is mentioned for every product. Usually, it takes somewhere between 3 - 6 business days. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • At Saasvi Jewels, we take utmost care of all the products while delivering it at your doorsteps. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and email us at support@saasvijewels.in, mentioning your order reference number.
  • Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved by the issuing bank.

Shipping Policies (International)

  • Saasvi Jewels will accept all international orders of any Amount.
  • Prices are shown in INR and US dollars.  For any other conversion, email us at support@saasvijewels.in
  • Any import duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment.
  • Orders will be shipped by FEDEX, USPS. Typical transit time will be a minimum of 5 business days.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Friday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or any other unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • In case of Changing Destination Address, Buyer/Consignee will Bear all Extra Charges levied by Preferred Logistic on Particular AWB. 
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and email us at support@saasvijewels.in, mentioning your order reference number.
  • Your order will only be shipped when your Payment is approved by the Bank.

International Returns / Exchanges
Saasvi Jewels hold "No Returns and Exchange Policy"
In case of any Damage: Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges.
