Products on our website are listed at special prices and therefore are non-refundable. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All the products have been listed with its description like size, length, weight, colour etc. Therefore, after payment is received by us, it shall be considered that the buyer has completely read and understood the product information and agrees to our terms and conditions. In case of any further or more information required please contact us at support@saasvijewels.in.

Exchanges: We only exchange goods if they are received in a defective or damaged condition which can not be fixed locally.  In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective & can not be fixed locally, you should promptly contact us at support@saasvijewels.in with details of the product and the defect Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product or exchange it with new product of same value. *Video of opening Parcel and Our Tag is mandatory for Exchanges*
 
In case the product is customized or manufactured as per the directions of the buyer, then under all circumstances the product shall be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
 
Shipping: For replacement of the defective item you received, please mail to support@saasvijewels.in or call 8690977438. Shipping charges for all replacements must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to product during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
